1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Crafted Web, a division of Orion Seven, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide Website as a Service (WaaS) and Local SEO services including but not limited to:

• Website design, development, and maintenance
• Local search engine optimization
• Content management and updates
• Hosting and technical support
• Analytics and reporting
• Local business listing management

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Advance Payment

All services require payment in advance. Payment is due before service commencement and on each renewal date thereafter.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). All payments are processed securely through our payment partners and are set up for automatic billing.

3.3 Currency

All fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4 Late Payments

Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date. A late fee of 10% may be applied to overdue accounts. Note that all payments are typically set up for automatic billing to prevent late payments.

4. Money Back Guarantee

4.1 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of service commencement. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.

4.2 Refund Process

To request a refund under our guarantee:

• Submit a written request within 30 days of service start
• Provide specific reasons for dissatisfaction
• Allow us reasonable opportunity to address concerns
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval

4.3 Exclusions

The money back guarantee does not apply to:

• Third-party costs (domain registration, advertising spend, etc.)
• Custom development work already completed
• Services used beyond 30 days

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Client Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.2 No Refund After 30 Days

Except for our 30-day money back guarantee, payments made are non-refundable. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

5.3 Company Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• Payment is not received within 30 days of due date
• You engage in prohibited activities
• We cease business operations

5.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to services will cease
• We will provide reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Provide timely feedback and required materials
• Not use services for illegal or prohibited purposes

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

All proprietary technology, software, and methodologies remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited license to use our services during the term.

7.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a license to use your content to provide services.

7.3 Work Product

Website designs and SEO strategies created for you become your property upon full payment, subject to our retained rights in underlying technology and methodologies.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Interfere with service operations
• Compete directly with our services using our proprietary methods

9. Service Level and Limitations

9.1 Best Efforts

We will provide services using commercially reasonable efforts but do not guarantee specific results or rankings.

9.2 Third-Party Dependencies

Some services depend on third-party platforms (search engines, hosting providers, etc.) beyond our control.

9.3 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.3 Excluded Damages

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
